The purpose of this web site is to allow family from all over the world to be able to see the family back home here in N.Ireland it also allows visitors to check their family history, if you are a visitor please sign the guest book and I will get back to you ASAP. Within these pages you will see my family tree and my wife's who's family name is Matheson as it is a second marriage you will also see the step children's names this is Gardner. I will try and post genealogical facts about these names when my research is completed. Well first things first The McLaughlin's name is Scottish as you probably aware and dates way way back to the 11th century below you will find some details and the coat of arms.
